What are the advantages of the Beacon?

The Beacon has several advantages, here are the main ones:

• it protects the user's privacy by recording only trips made in a given vehicle;
• it makes it possible to identify the vehicle in which it is placed;
• it avoids the analysis of "parasitic" routes (train, bus, taxi, passenger);
• the trip detection is faster than a system based only on the phone's sensors.
