From which distance can the phone detect the Beacon?

The range of the Beacon's Bluetooth signal depends on the transmission power. Currently, the default transmission power is set to -12 dBm.

This corresponds to a distance of about 10 meters if there is no obstacle between the Beacon and the phone.
