On iOS, the application asks the user for three permissions after installation:
- authorization to access the phone's position;
- authorization to send notifications;
- authorization to access telephone movements.
The authorization to access the location is required. On iPhones, there are three options: "never", "when the app is active" and "always". You must select "always" so that the app can run in the background. If the option "always" has not been selected, automatic trip detection will not work.
The authorization to send notifications allows you to notify the user when a trip analysis starts or a trip is completed and the analysis results are available.
The authorization to access the movements of the phone allows the application to measure the user's mode of travel. If it is refused, the automatic mode will continue to operate.
