What if my trip does not appear in the list?

If a notification of the start of the trip displays, it means that the trip has been detected locally on the phone and has not yet been analyzed. This is normal if there is no mobile network at the end of the trip. In this case, the analysis will be reported and performed automatically when the phone is reconnected.

If the notification does not display, it means that the automatic detection did not work. In this case, refer to the tutorials to check that the phone settings are correct and that the battery saver is disabled for the app.
