What is the difference between deactivating and deleting a user's account?

From the driver's status point of view, he will be inactive and no trips will be analyzed if the account is deactivated or deleted. In both cases, the driver will be disconnected from the mobile application.

From a data point of view, deactivation makes it possible to keep the driver's data. On the other hand, if it is deleted, all data relating to its account will be permanently deleted (history).

⚠️ It is not possible to recover the data of a user whose account has been deleted.
