How can I send messages to several drivers?

The web administration platform allows you to send a message to a group of drivers. It is also possible to send a personalized message to a particular driver.

To address a set of drivers, use the message sending function on the group Dashboard. To do this, click on the "Compose" button at the top left of the group Dashboard. Messaging can be used to reach all members of the group or to target a specific category: inactive drivers, "to monitor", "good" or "excellent" drivers.

The messages are themed to specify the subject to the driver: General, Information, Alert, Goal, Reminder, Appointment, Congratulation or Reward. When a message is sent, the driver receives a notification on his smartphone and the message appears in the mobile application.
