How to communicate with the participants of a challenge?

To animate a challenge, it is possible to interact with the participants by sending a notification.

Notification may be addressed to:

• all users to warn them that a challenge will soon begin.
• users who have registered for the challenges (ie. participants)
• users who have not yet registered. This is useful to encourage them to participate.

To send a notification, go to the Challenges section. Click on the “Actions” button of the challenge, then “Write”.

The title of the message that appears in the notification must not exceed 30 characters. The message is limited to 145 characters.

Please note that the message displayed in a notification will not be saved in the application after having been consulted.
