How to add a manager ?

As a manager, you can invite new manager to join your community.

There are 2 possibilities for this, depending on the status of the administrator to be added:

1. User has already an account as a driver (on the mobile app)
2. User has no account yet

1 - User has already an account as a driver (on the mobile app)

Go in the Drivers section and find the account to which you want to assign admin rights.
Click on the “Actions” button, then on "Assign admin rights".

The new manager will receive an email with a first connection link. He must use this link for his first connection using the password that he uses to connect to the application.

2 - User has no account yet

Go to the Managers section and click on the "+" button.

In the popup, fill the first name, last name and email fields.

You can add several managers at once by clicking "Add a new member". The new manager will receive an email with a first connection link. He must use this link for his first connection.
